The Right Shoes for the Right Walk,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]
I,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], as a twelve year old girl was looking for every reason to convince my mom to let me wear high heels. I begged and begged but she continuously said no,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], saying that starting to wear heels at my age and continuing to wear them for the rest of my life would lead to extreme effects on my feet. So I set out to show her she was wrong, and that there was no way that those wonderful heels could ever cause such awful effects. But once I started to research I found that heels were the worst thing you put on your feet. From that day on I made my decision. You would never catch me hearing heels,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and with my new gained information I felt I needed to share to the women around the world how awful those beautiful shoes of ours really are.
As much as we don't want to hear it high heels are bad,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], wether its 6 inches or 2 inches . Any sort of inclination on the feet can cause pressure to be put on your forefoot this means you have to adjust your body to maintain balance . Your lower half leans forward to compensate for it and your upper half leans back in order to keep balanced. This is not a natural position for your body so it results in strain on it. Here is a few conditions that can occur after a long period of time of wearing heels.
Belive it or not girls flats are bad ,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], yes I'm crying to. There are fallen angels in a sense,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], our knight in bronze armor that comes to save us when we least expect it . I know when I can't find any shoe that seems to work great with my outfit I resort to my flats ,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but after my research i found even they had side affects . Gladiator sandals and ballet flats have about a 1/8 inch sole which leaves you with 1/8 of an inch between your feet and the concrete. If you can bend your shoe than really shouldn't be wearing it . Ballets flats and sandals provide very little to almost no support so why wear them ? Sure there cute and like me many of use aren't willing to give them up easily . but after hearing the side effects theyll have you saying your prayers and burning those suckers . Flats can result in shin splits and plantar fasciitis which is basically the inflammation of the thick tissue on the bottom of the foot . Wearing flats is a bit like walking on cardboard . For the whole day . While your foot sweats and gets stinky . If your wearing ballet flats socks ,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], your really not wearing socks ,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], there just meant to keep your skin from rubbing against the shoe . Unless your wear thick cotton socks you feet are going to be gross and sweating at the end of the day . After a week of that you can develop a foot fungus and then your really ganna want to say goodbye . If you really love the ballet flats look and cant stand the fact that there bad for you ,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you can purchase over the counter inserts which can help with mild foot pains .
If we cut to the chase sneakers are all around a winner for our feet. The shape of the sneaker absorbs the shock of our step as we walk. If you're looking to buy yourself a pair of running shoes look towards New Balance or Eco. When people think of running shoes they tend to think of Nike,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but really Nike isn't the best shoe. The running shoes Nike produces aren't checked by scientist,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], since Nike doesn't use their money on trying to find the "healthy shoe",[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], instead they use most of their money paying athletes to sponsor their shoe. So next time you think of buying a running shoe,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], don't head to the nearest Nike store. Do you research and find out which company makes the right shoe for you
